White-glove floor delivery and assembly are complimentary nationwide. Remote islands and rural zones may carry logistics surcharges quoted in advance.
Our crew carries furniture to any floor with elevators, and up to the 3rd floor without an elevator for free. Higher walk-up floors may incur a handling fee.
No. Professional assembly and installation are completely free across all furniture models. Our crew positions the piece and disposes of packaging materials.
All models are modularly engineered for narrow staircases and elevators, assembled on-site inside your living room by our delivery crew.
Our logistics coordinators confirm shipping appointments beforehand via phone or WhatsApp. You can also view live tracking under your account.
Yes. You can enter separate billing and delivery addresses during checkout. Special delivery to job sites or warehouses can also be arranged.

Warranty & Returns

We provide comprehensive warranty against structural failures, spring deformations, and foam sag. Accidental damage or misuse is excluded.
To initiate a warranty claim, message customer support with your order number and photos of the issue. Our technical team responds within 48 hours.
Returns are accepted for standard stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Custom sizes and custom colors cannot be returned or exchanged as they are custom-made.
Transit damage is fully insured by us. If outer damage is visible upon delivery, file a report with the courier on the spot and contact us for immediate replacement.
No. Warranty stays with the product. Presenting the original sales invoice allows subsequent owners to benefit from warranty coverage.

Standard orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours prior to production. Custom dimension or bespoke fabric orders cannot be cancelled once cutting begins.
